Join us for a Walk & Brunch Bring your dog for a leisurely 3.1 mile (5 kilometer) walk through Ukrainian Village followed by brunch on the patio at The Fifty/50. Why Walk One Tail at a Time is a no-kill, all-breed dog rescue that serves to lower euthanasia rates in the greater Chicagoland area and provide education on the humane treatment of companion animals. The rescue concentrates its efforts on dogs that are in danger of being euthanized, or those that are physically and/or mentally deteriorating in a shelter environment, works to rehabilitate them, and then matches each dog with a permanent home. Get Started – Register Today Don’t wait – the walk is limited to 10 people. Only one dog per person. Leashed, social, vaccinated dogs only. Click the Register button above to start the process. Start Fundraising for the Dogs Participants agree to raise at least $150 for One Tail at a Time or donate the difference to reach the fundraising requirement. Fundraising for the event is very easy. When you register, you will create your own fundraising page. Share your story, include photos of your dog, explain why you are raising money for One Tail and inspire people to donate. Email your page to everyone you know and share it on Facebook, Twitter, etc. The more you raise, the more dogs we can help! Walker Benefits In addition to feeling good about helping the dogs, walkers will also receive: * Brunch (including mimosas) at The Fifty/50 * Fi-Yo from Fido to Go for the dogs • $10 gift certificate to CafePress to use toward the Lazy Dog 5k shirt of your choice: Questions: Email Kelly at
