Mozart (nickname Donnie Darko)is a shy, 1 1/2 year old special needs Russian Blue mix. He came from a hoarder and was not socialized well. He is frightened easily and has trust issues.
Mozart is coming around more. He still runs if you walk toward him and when you pick him up, he stiffens. He sometimes even hisses. But even when his nails are trimmed, he’ll struggle to get away but won’t bite or scratch.
He likes catnip and is a bit chubby now. If you sit on the floor with him and play with a teaser wand, he will play with it but run if you get up. Patience and plenty of num nums(treats) will bring this sweetie around.
Mozart is neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped.
