Peanut was found wandering. He was very thin, had terribly long nails, & smelled horrible. Poor little boy just cowered & cried when anyone approached him, as if he expected to be hit or kicked. Peanut is approximately 1 1/2 years old & weighs 40lbs. This is one sweet boy & he is quite handsome after he had a good bath & a pedicure! He loves being petted & is happy to show his appreciation with lots of kisses. He is friendly with other dogs & is a great size for kids. Peanut is coming out of his shell (no pun intended!) and is learning to trust people. He even stood on his hind legs & asked to be petted today.
